Race day registration will be available
from 6:15 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. on May 31.

The Elgin Valley Fox Trot is celebrating its 33rd year with a few new elements, including giving runners and walkers the opportunity to raise money for participating local charities.

The event offers races for all levels of competition, including a 10 mile run, a 5K run and a 2 mile fun walk for the entire family. The race is endorsed by the Chicago Area Runners Association (CARA). The race, which historically draws over 2,000 runners, has a loyal following of participants and volunteers, as well as on-lookers who line the neighborhood streets to cheer on the runners.
