Elgin - The City of Elgin is pleased to announce that the popular Chicago-based band, Spoken Four, will be playing at this year’s Fox Trot post race party. The band will lead the runners and supporters in celebrating their achievements in the race. This year’s runners will even receive one free beer each to help get the party started!
