Registration and Fees

 

Registration for Fox Trot opens up on Wednesday, February 16th.

Register by March 31st and receive a free technical t-shirt.
  • Registrations after March 31st but before May 14th may receive a technical t-shirt for a $10 upgrade fee. All upgrades do not include a cotton t-shirt.
  • All other registrations before May 14th will receive a free cotton t-shirt.
  • After May 14th cotton t-shirts will be given out while supplies last.

Applicants unable to register on-line can download Entry Forms to be mailed in or faxed.
In-person, fax, and mailed registrations close on Thursday, May 26th at 5pm.
In person registration can take place at the Centre of Elgin, 100 Symphony Way, Elgin, IL 60120.

On-line Registration for Fox Trot closes on May 27th at 5pm.
Race Day registration is available from 6:15am – 7:30am on May 30th.

Entry: 5K and 10 Mile
All proceeds from Elgin Valley Fox Trot cover the expenses of the race and help fund portion of the Youth Scholarship Fund. Donations & pledges are separate. Entries are non-refundable!

  • $35 for advance registration
  • $45 day of registration
  • $3 off Cara Discount
  • $3 off Centre Member Discount
    (only one discount allowed per runner)

Entry: 2 Mile Fun Walk

  • $10 per person
  • $30 for a family of 4
  • Day of registration is the same fee

Entry: Corporate Challenge
The corporate challenge is a great way to raise awareness of a company to our participants and also help raise funds for local charities. Registration for the corporate challenge must be made through the Special Events Department located at City Hall in the City Manager Office or by calling (847) 531 – 7056. Entries are non-refundable!

$175 fee for or a corporation to register for the 2 mile fun walk which allows 25 participants.
$500 for or a corporation to register for 5k/10 mile races which allows 20 participants.

Runners and walkers can donate money, create teams, and solicit pledges to their favorite participating local charities. See the tab run for a cause for more information!
